FIFA is hosting a seminar for referees hoping to work the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia and FIFA Women’s World Cup France 2019.  Meanwhile, England has fired their national team’s coach after 67 days!  Maybe Team USA can hire him for the men’s team!
